Laura Tait is currently the Director, Operations & Human Resources at Pinchin LeBlanc Environmental Ltd. Based in Dartmouth, NS, Laura provides support to Pinchin LeBlanc’s four offices in Atlantic Canada. Since completing her Bachelor of Commerce and earning her Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary’s University, Laura has focused her career to date on HR and operations management in small to medium sized companies and enjoys navigating growth and change in these entrepreneurial environments. Laura completed the Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) program in 2003 through IPM and also holds the CHRP designation.

Brandi Babando, RPR - Maritimes Regional Co-Chair

Brandi Babando is currently a Senior Specialist, Human Resources for Bell in Atlantic Canada. Based in Bedford, NS, Brandi provides support to her client group in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick. Brandi returned to school in her 20’s to earn her Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary’s University in order to focus her career to date on HR and operations management. Brandi completed the Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) program in 2004 through IPM and also holds the CPHR designation.

Jaime Moore, RPT - Ottawa Regional Director

Diane Johnson has been President of Johnson Executive Search Inc., a successful executive search firm specializing in sales and marketing roles for over fifteen years. She previously spent several years in high tech and telecommunications in a variety of management and sales positions. Diane has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Carleton University. Since 2004, she completed her Canadian Management Professional and her Registered Professional Recruiter certifications with IPM- Institute of Professional Management. Diane is listed in the 2000 edition of International Who’s Who of Professionals and the winner of the Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for Customer Service in 2002. She co-founded the Sales Professionals of Ottawa in 2009 and sits on the Management and Marketing Advisory Committee of Algonquin College. In the past, she has held positions on the Boards of the Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce, the Association for Services Management International, Canadian Telecommunications Consultants Association and Business Networks International.

Cindy Ziobrowski, RPR - Calgary Regional Director

Cindy Ziobrowski is the Director of Human Resources for Repsol Sport Centre in Calgary, Alberta. Repsol Sport Centre is a not for profit organization and is Canada’s largest multi-sport complex. As key member of the senior leadership team, Cindy is responsible for providing direction and support to the Human Resources and Payroll and Benefits team, identifying organizational needs and the strategic development and delivery of all core human resources and payroll functions. In addition to her Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and Registered Professional Trainer (RPT) designations through IPM, she has completed her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Dmetri Berko, RPR - Calgary Regional Co-Chair

Dmetri Berko is the Student Recruitment Manager for the Alberta College of Art + Design in Calgary. Having spent the past 5 years in professional agency recruiting, he applies his proactive project management and planning skills in creative ways to help the college exceed application and enrolment targets. He has a Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School (DeVry University) and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Calgary. Since 2011, Dmetri has completed the Project Management Professional (PMP), the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and the Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designations. He is currently working towards the Canadian Management Professional (CMP) designation through IPM. Dmetri commits his volunteer time to working on community boards in executive positions from the Calgary Saracens Rugby Football Club to the Calgary Boys' Choir.

Kristin Krause Reed is the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for GE, General Electric Canada. In her role, Kristin supports all GE businesses in Western Canada, using her industry expertise and strong network to help GE recruit top talent. She has 11 years experience in recruitment in Calgary, 3 years working for an agency and 9 years at GE Canada. Kristin has been an RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter) through IPM since 2006 and has a Bachelor of Management Degree from the University of Lethbridge. Kristin also commits her volunteer time to the Junior Chamber of Calgary.
